We also provide acupuncture and facials using natural anti-ageing products. We see these as important tools in easing stress and boosting circulation and the immune system. MEDITATION Learn how to meditate quickly, and effectively. We use the latest hi-tech brain-entrainment methods to get the most out of this ancient art. YOGA Private yoga sessions can be booked. FACILITIES Guest areas include the lounge and dining room with expansive sea views. Our gym, FAR infrared sauna, steam room, outdoor spa pool, infinity swimming pool and outdoor shower will leave you totally relaxed and refreshed. There are two private paths to our two closest beaches, one a small secluded beach where you’ll rarely see a soul, and the other a more expansive golden stretch of sand. ENTERTAINMENT Each room is equipped with Sky TV and Apple TV. We also have an 8-seater theatre with a 270cm (106 inch) screen for viewing of movie DVDs and TV.  COOKING LESSONS & WELLNESS EVALUATIONIf you’d like to prepare some of our delicious meals at home, our chef Pen will guide you through a number of dishes to make sure the health benefits of your stay are long-lasting.
