Exclusive Use:
The exclusive use option will give you full exclusive use of the pool, sauna, steam room, gym, theatre and indoor and outdoor dining in total privacy.
Our staff will attend to your every need, including three gourmet thoughtful food meals daily (except lunch on day of arrival and departure).
All our staff sign confidentiality agreements to protect the identities of our guests.
Families with children 8 years of age or older can be accommodated.Minimum booking two nights.

Exclusive use bookings can be confirmed up to one year prior to arrival.

Guests will have their choice of our 3 oceanfront suites each with two private decks and full use of the facilities subject to availability.
No children are permitted.
The Split Apple Retreat is dedicated to wellness, rejuvenation and relaxation. As such there is no dress code for meals. You can wear whatever makes you comfortable from jackets to the provided Japanese yukatas (full length cotton kimonos) in our shoe-free Retreat.

Split Apple Retreat is closed each year from the 1st of June to 31st of August. However, email enquiries and bookings can be made during this period.
Split Apple Retreat confirmation policy
To confirm a reservation at Split Apple Retreat a deposit is required. This is either 25% of the entire booking or 1 night, whichever is greater. Payments can be made by direct credit into our bank account, VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Once payment has been made, bookings will be confirmed via written confirmation.
Split Apple Retreat Cancellation Policy
For all confirmed bookings that are cancelled 60 days or longer from arrival, a $250 booking fee will be deducted and the balance of the deposit returned. Cancellations made 30-60 days from the time of arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the booking, unless the room(s) can be re-booked, which we will endeavour to do, in which case only the $250 booking fee will be charged. For cancellations made 30 days from the time of arrival, a fee of 50% of the total booking will be charged, if the room(s) cannot be re-booked, except for the period of December 15-Feb. 28, when 100% of the total booking will be charged, if the room(s) cannot be re-booked. We urge our guests to obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen emergencies.
